Summer is in...
Summer is in...
Pink is the new black...
It's almost 4 in the morning...
Do you know where your kids are...

I like being dead. Please, out of respect if nothing else, leave me that way.

I disappeared into a hole...
It's dark where I am, so very dark, and I'm all alone. No matter how hard I try, I can't get out...

Love and...Mini-Golf
Well, my weekend is over, but things over the past few days have turned out much better than expected. Friday night John and I went out with Tristan and Ashley. We went out to eat at Ruby Tuesday's and then to see Resident Evil: Apocalypse. It was a good movie, except for the fact that it didn't follow the games that it was supposedly based on at all. At the movies we ran into Resha, JJ, Laura, and Liz who all joined us and Susan and Greg met us there too. We had quite the crowd, but I still felt like some people were uncomfortable or perhaps a bit moody around the others. Aside from that, it was a great night and it was a lot of fun just hanging out with everyone.

On Saturday, we had originally planned on going ice-skating, a plan which fell through, and then after that idea was out the window no one seemed to be able to decide on what to do. So, it wound up that John and I went with Ashley and Tristan to Celebration Station in Pineville. It was a lot of fun. We played 18 holes of mini-golf, and Ashley and I had the highest scores. They went like this:

Me: 61
Ashley: 59
John: 71
Tristan: 63

It was cool, except for hole #17 (I hate that hole), which it took me like 10-12 strokes on. After golf, we all played lots of games in the arcade. John was the only one to play DDR. There was no way I was going to let him get me on that! We all just watched him a few times. Then we played some more games to get tickets, and John won this little thingy with magnetic stars and moons and a little bouncy-ball with a smiley face on it. It was so sweet of him to try and win me something. I love you, John!

Well, anyways, I need to get going. I work later today, and am in bad need of sleep. I'm in luck, though, I have Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday off! Yippy! Well, for now, goodnight and blessed be!

It looks like it's time for Plan C...
"Plan C?! W.T.F! What happened to Plan A, or B for that matter?!"
"Eh. They were both bad ideas anyway, so we'll just skip them."

Today's Mission...Failed...

Ok, on with business. Life's been, well blah. Work, no money, and bad weather are never good. It seems that this morning we started to feel the effects of Hurricane Francis in our area, and oh what fun that is. They announced tornado warnings all across the upstate that are in effect until sometime later tonight, but as of yet there haven't really been any strong winds. For the most part the hurricane is just dumping a lot of rain on the area. Other than the lovely weather, I just sent for my money order to pay for my speeding ticket, so that's where the having no money thing comes from. More fun. Then there's work tomorrow, and hopefully the bad weather has moved out by then because I really don't want to drive in it, and then I work again on Thursday. Oh, what fun! Friday will be nice though. We're planning to go see the new Resident Evil movie in theaters, and I think Ashley and Tristan are coming too. Yippy! I haven't had a chance to see or hang out with them in a while, so that will be nice.

Other than that fun, there's not a lot left to report. I've been feeling a bit unproductive lately (if that's the word), so early today I opened up one of my stories and just started typing. I've actually made a good bit of progress since I've been working on it today. Mew. I'd planned to play some of Star Ocean 3 while John was at the dentist, but it doesn't look like that's going to happen. Ah, anyway, if you own a PS2, go buy that game. It rocks! Well, I got to go. Til next time, blessed be!

Happy Jewish New Year's
Well, who would've though that today was so special? Not me, but it is. Today is Jewish New Year's. To me, however, it was a day like any other...well, almost. I didn't actually go to sleep til 8-ish in the morning. Emily stayed over last night and this morning John got up and drove her to York to serve her wonderful jury duty. By the time John got home from dropping her off, I was already sound asleep. I slept so good that I didn't wake back up til about 3pm when Emily called from the Cotton Gin Tavern saying that she was done for the day and needed a ride back. So then I drag my dead body out of bed, pull the first clothes I find on, and poke the John until it starts making noise. Then the two of us drove to downtown York, parked the car, and walked up the street to the Cotton Gin Tavern where we found Emily lost in a book and a plate of cheese fries.

The afternoon following was slow but peaceful. Emily napped while John and I played through some of Silent Hill 3 (a very cool serious that everyone should play if you ahven't already). That night Emily and John drove to Rock Hill without me since I wasn't feeling well. While they were gone I got proposed to (ah, what fun) and joined a new LS in FFXI, helped my mom make this oreo dessert thing, and played some Jak & Daxter...more fun. Finally, at like 11pm, John and Emily got home with the food and a small gift for me. They got me a bag of my favorite candies (Rasinettes) and a new year's card. "Happy Jewish New Year's" John and Emily are so sweet and good to me. What would I ever do without you guys?! I love you both!

But, ah, it's late and I think John and I are going to go escape to Silent Hill for a bit before bed. So, with that said, goodnight and blessed be!

You're kidding right?
Well today was slow. I slept much later than I had originally planned on. I really hate myself when I do that. Then, sometime after lunch, I went to the bank and cashed my check (none of which I get to keep thanks to that god-awful speeding ticket I landed myself with). Tomorrow I'd actually like to get up early and go to Summerfest with Emily, but I don't know if I'll be able to talk John into going with us. Mew.

Well, other than the non-eventful and slow day, there's nothing else to report. I can, however, saw that sometime soon I'll be posting "Adventures with EB Man", a short commercial that my co-workers put together for this year's vendor show. It's hilarious and you all must see it! Anyways, that's it for now. Good night and blessed be!

The stranger in the yard...
An interesting quote: "I only bought them so that I could say I ate Elmo."

Ah, more fun at my house. Ok, well first off, the other night when Emily got home she told us that she had seen a strange guy in our yard at the side of the house. Well, this kind of creeped her out because she didn't know who it was and he ran off when he saw Emily. So, tonight when I get home John happens to show me this ID that my Dad found in our yard while mowing grass, and then we got to thinking. It seems that this person was trying to break into our house using his driver's license of all things and carelessly dropped at while trying to make his escape. Now, however, he'll get to pay for his stupidity. Today my Dad is going to call the cops and give them this guy's ID. All I have to say is, "What a dumbass."

Other than that not a lot else of interest hs really happened. I got home from work last night and John and I played some FFXI and talked to Emily about the stranger. We had some laughs, and then at like 3 am Justin called with some "hypothetical" questions. That's about all for now. I'll try to post some more later. Blessed be!

Nice, but it's not coming out of my hair...
Today's Quote: "I found a way to use my Steno Pad; just ignore the line."

Ah, today's fun went something like this:

1. Get up later than normal
2. Get ready for work
3. Go to work and be bored
4. Talk to Josh Resha
5. Come home
6. Play FFXI
7. Later joined by Justin
8. Emily arrives with silly string, balloons, and beads
9. Pass out the party favors
10. Five minutes later throw around a ball of silly string and start pulling it out of each other's hair

Ah, the fun never ends at the home for "homeless gamers." We are quite a bunch when we get together like that over here, and sometimes you never know just what to expect. Overall, it was a very interesting and fun time. There was lots of cleaning that had to be done after the whole silly string fight, but at least Albert didn't wake up and yell. So, thanks a lot Emily for buying the great party favors, it was a blast! Everyone should have been here for that one, but in case you missed it we took some pics and will try to post them later on. Well, that's it for now. Goodnight and blessed be!

I love my John
Another Quote: "A friend is two separate souls sharing the same body."

I love John and I don't think I've ever said that directly on my blog, but I do love John very much. He is a very dear friend to me, and like my other friends he has always been there for me whenever I have needed someone. These are the type of people I chose to share my time, thoughts, and feelings with. These are people that I can trust, people that have faith in me, and people that can be trusted in return. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that these people have never made mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes, but it is the steps made to correct those mistakes that makes all the difference. In my life I've encountered many people some of which I can count on to be true friends and some that fall short of that. I'm only human, constantly growing and changing as a person, and I can't be expected to still have the same friends at the end of life that I did as a youth. A few may remain through the years, but most will have vanished, concerning themselves with other people and things. This is just the nature of friendships, and while it may seem sad, it should be accepted. Well, that's all for now. Good night, and blessed be!

Would you like some cheese with that whine?
Quote of the day: "I'm feel like I'm being used."

Ok, Ryan, fuck you! Susan, I don't care what you think about me, but you're not part of this. Fuck you, Ryan. First off, your ranting about me makes it sound a lot like you are jealous of, not me, but me having my other friends over here and not inviting you. "It is so hard for us to have any type of get together at anyone else's house. You don't mind having Emily there or John and Justin there." See, this just strengthens that point. You are mad at me for having Emily, and Justin, and John at my house and never inviting you to do anything with us. I don't invite you over because personally I feel that you wouldn't enjoy the things we'd do, and also I know for a fact that my friends do not enjoy your company. Sorry, Ryan, but you just whine way too much. *offers Ryan cheese* You can stick with your friends and I'll stick with mine. I love them all and would do anything for them. Sorry, Ryan, but I can't even trust you, so helping you in any way, shape, or form is just out of the question. You've sold me out every chance you've had. So, tell me, do friends deserve that? You've proven to me that you are not even one worthy of my time. Good luck at Lander, you dumb-fuck!

P.S. Susan, I know that you typically side with Ryan, but please remember that none of this has anything to do with you. I've said before, and I'll say again, I have nothing against you.

Why me???
Ok, so I have updated in a while. Don't yell at me about or I'll take an even longer break between updates! Anyways, not a lot has been happening around here that needed to be blogged about anyway (and the stuff that did was covered by Emily). So there. Anyway, I'm a bit ticked off right now. I was just planning to go on a nice little drive with John and Emily, and then Ryan IM's me. Urgh! I'm getting sick of this really. They push me to throw another little party/get together at my house, which I was completely against at first, but I then made time for in my schedule. Then, after all that I did to try and arrange something for everyone, Ryan and Susan make plans and will now not be attending. So, is this what friends are for?

Anyway, on a happier note, tomorrow, Friday 13th of all days, is mine and John's three month anniversary. So, it seems something good can come of all the bad. Hopefully tomorrow will be a nice, relaxing, carefree night. We're planning to go out for a nice dinner and then to see the new movie AVP in theaters. Mmmm....
Anyways, it's late and I've got places to be. Good Night all and blessed be!
